Unity In Action

120 students from local universities in El Salvador attended this event mobilizing YOUTH for humanitarian service!!

On Friday, February 9th students from Universidad Don Bosco, Universidad Matías Delgado and Universidad Francisco Gavidia joined us for Unity in Action

This Conference inspired young people with service opportunities in El Salvador.

The Conference was put on by Floracion Foundation in El Salvador

Our vision for this project is to create a connection between enthusiastic youth and the inspiring projects led by esteemed organizations such as the Siman Foundation of El Salvador, Airline Ambassadors of the US, and Gente Ayudando Gente. We believe in the power of collaboration, this project is a catalyst for empowering youth to not just dream of making a difference but to actively shape a better world. We are going to provide a platform where the youth can explore, engage, and contribute to initiatives that align with their interests and values. Together, let’s turn inspiration into action. After the welcome, by Steve Gallenbach and Susana Samaniego, Armado Arias President of the US Chamber of Commerce gave an inspirational talk, an opeing blessing by Bernadette Lang opened everyone’s hearts, and Esau Rosa gave an inspiring overview of the projects of the Floracian Foundation.

Following that Helga Flores from, Siman Foundation presented her projects. Airline Ambassadors presented five proects and Gente Ayudando Gente presented many inspiring projects where yough can volunteer indluding the upcoming Breast Cancer Walk coming up on March 20th!

After a short break for pupusas and drinks the yough gathered into workshops for each NGO to learn more how they could confribute, Airline Ambassadors alon got dozens of talented and interested young people who want to help teaching english to kids at Kiwanis Village, the Turtle Conservation project, Elder Care for the Zaragosa Home. assistance for the Shelter for Mama’s and Babies or on the Human trafficking Conference bring organized by AAI. After the workshops everyone gathered for a closing prayer and ceremony to bless the up and coming young people in El Salvador! Thank you to Gabriella Torres and Bernadette Lang.
