Hello everyone,
What a wonderful trip we all had. As of today we should all be arriving home from our amazing trip.
I can’t thank you enough for joining the trip. It was so nice seeing all of you and meeting Janis for the first time.
This trip was all planned so we could experience Heritage days, which didn’t disappoint, next year we will plan the trip around that.
The highlight of the trip was being there when Maria’s brand new car was delivered. What a true blessing; her very first ever car! I still can’t believe it.

I’d like to thank everyone for so much…. Brian for the treat to the movie and the van full of food and more for Maria, Marybeth for all the treats at the movie and the beautiful purse for Maria, Janis for all her friends who donated money for them and also for all the donations, Judy for the donations, Rosana for her donations, Gwen for helping me with my donations and the folding of all the big black bags. All of you for a cash donation.
For some of the children, it was their first time to go to the movie! What a great memory for everyone.
Grant and Sharon really enjoyed our visit, they can’t wait for next time where we will have more time with them.
I’ve been thinking of Maria and her home, I’d like to try and see if I can get an organization or company to help build her a new home. It really doesn’t seem safe for her and the children. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
This was a wonderful trip for me and I hope you all feel the same. A quick trip and I think it went well. The children are so lucky to have all of you and I feel extremely lucky to have them and all of you in my life.
The 2 day Safari was wonderful also! So much closer and lots of animal sightings.
The money raised for them was so great!!!
