Summary:
Life for many Salvadoran girls can be fraught with sexual violence by family members and the problem is little talked about. The House of Life Mama and Baby Shelter will be a safe haven where 30 pregnant, abused teens can heal, have healthy babies and learn how to bond and care for their babies, and about their human right to live in an abuse-free environment. ThIs will be the first such shelter in the country as there is currently no adequate place to send pregnant teens in El Salvador.

2. Kiwanis Village – El Salvador
Summary:
Kiwanis Village School Center is place in where we encourage children between 3 to 18 years old in education and sports activities which will guide them to have a better development. In the school we work in groups: Children from 3 to 5 years old we introduce to basic education and children from 6 to 18 years old who attend school support classes. Around 50 children are being attended at classes and in sports activities more than 60 children from the whole community participate.

3. Clean Water for Hopi and Navajo – United States
Summary:
Clean water is the basis of LIFE. Yet, those living in Hopiland have only TOXIC water to drink, cook, bathe, garden, and maintain livestock with! Their water is over TWICE the EPA limit for ARSENIC and other chemicals. This project will provide filters and safe drinking water for families in three Hopi Villages impacting 20,000 people for one year. Please HELP! No one should have to die because they are thirsty!

Summary:
Airline Ambassadors conservation project supports small scale sea turtle egg hatcheries in El Salvador. Individual fisherman demonstrate that successful sea turtle hatching and release sustains their livelihoods more than collecting eggs for restaurants. Summary:
Krzysztof A from Osweicim Poland has been driving supplies into Ukraine since Putin’s War began. He goes directly into the small villages dotting the countryside and brings much needed food for People and Pets. Dr. Oksana is working on the frontline to help save the lives of wounded soldiers. 6. Improve Lives via education in Uganda
Summary:
Children in rural areas of Uganda have no access to good education. Teachers in village schools are unmotivated and frequently absent. Students are unable to pass the National End of Primary School Exam and, consequently, they are unable to pursue further education. Our school offers 220 children of Bunakijja an opportunity to receive a good quality education that includes knowledge of English. Our graduates have not only passed the National Exam but have done it with top grades.

7. Zaragosa Home for Abandoned Elders – El Salvador
Summary:
Hogar Giuseppe Angelucci in Zaragosa, El Salvador is a home for abandoned older people – those who have been left on the streets and have no family. The facility has 30 beds, but police drop off people regularly and now there are 47 people! Dilapidated couches line the main room, regular cleaning is needed as well as a new refrigerator, freezer, fans, pans, bedding and a few TV’s. Residents are provided with two meals a day and a medical team comes regularly, but this home is in dire need.

8. Maria’s House – South Africa
Summary:
NOW MORE THAN EVER MARIA AND HER CHILDREN NEED OUR HELP! Maria, a woman with strong determination and a beautiful heart, has raised 100’s of deprived children, pre-schooled and provided lunch for toddlers left alone while their parents looked for work. She has established a school for area kids, making it safe for them to go to a nearby school. She has done this within the space of her home that was recently DESTROYED. It has been torn down and she, her family and 32 children now LIVE IN TIN STORAGE CONTAINERS . They desperately NEED OUR HELP FOR A SAFE, SECURE HOME! 9. Dawo House – Philippines
Summary:
Cheryl Robinson, one of our best Mission leaders met Grandma (Alicia) Dawo and her family through a teacher at the children’s school. The children needed financial support for their transportation to and from school, this is how we started helping. She was moved by Grandma’s care for her nine grandchildren after her daughter passed away. More recently she was diagnosed with cancer and her teatments are very expensive. We have raised money for her while she was in the hospital, her care and medication. Now she has asked us if we could raise money for a house for her, her husband and the nine children. They have never had a home with doors, windows and a bathroom. The house has been started but we still need your help to finish. Please help us finish their home.

11. Help women make money with mushrooms – Uganda
Summary:
.Our eco-friendly project gives women a source of income while putting to use agricultural residues that are filled with nutrients. We will train 100 women in rural communities of Uganda in mushroom cultivation. Our four-day training teaches how to cultivate mushrooms and provides each woman with all material for her first planting of 25 mushroom gardens producing 35/40 Kgs. Our teaching concentrates on 12 women who get a hand on experience enabling them to teach other women in the community.

Over 400 students, (ages 5-14) who attend Diamond Child School (est. 2005) are at risk of dropping out if they aren’t guaranteed a balanced meal daily; for most, the only nutritious meal received in any given week. A healthy diet that includes vegetables and fruit boosts the immune system of these vulnerable “Diamonds”, especially during this lingering Covid-19 pandemic. Wigs of Hope! Working with cancer patients, we have been able to see the high level impact wigs can have on self esteem and possitive attitude towards overcoming chemotherapy treatments. We are looking to make our program more sustainable, in order to keep up with the demand of wigs. We want to help all women that come to the national hospitals; One wig, costs $100.00 to produce and it takes up to two months as we only have 1 person that has the training to construct the wigs.

16. Dental Campaigns for Children – El Salvador
Summary:
Dental health is a major issue in El Salvador; the need is evident, even on kids. Two years ago we began a program to address this issue. We are helping kids from the rural areas that belong to the poorest of communities, so that they learn how to brush their teeth and correct any already present dental health issues. Medical campaigns are taking place, these campaigns include education on the topic, dental cleaning and fighting tooth decay.
