AAI’s Associate Director for Youth Program, Harry Yan, and Youth Representative, Alex Pan, attended the National Pathways Summit 2025 in Washington, D.C., alongside with many university presidents from across the United States, state governors from New York, Maryland, Wyoming, and Colorado, as well as CEOs from leading educational institutions. This year’s summit centered on the urgent need to reimagine education systems to meet the evolving demands of the 21st-century workforce, especially as artificial intelligence, green energy, and biotechnology continue to transform the global landscape.
The summit underscored a collective consensus: education must move beyond the traditional classroom and align more closely with emerging industries, creating clear and sustainable
pathways to successful careers, particularly for young adults in underserved communities. Without intentional, cross-sector collaboration, the next generation may be left behind amid
rapid technological change.

During the summit, we had the opportunity to introduce the work of Airline Ambassadors International (AAI) to numerous participants, including a key AAI’s initiative: partnering with the
New York Institute of Finance and the Windsor School to launch financial literacy programs for youth and to integrate financial literacy into broader educational frameworks and offer
students hands-on exposure to real-world financial systems, strengthening the bridge between academic learning and industry engagement.
As the global economy shifts and the future of work becomes increasingly complex, AAI remains committed to advancing international educational collaboration and empowering youth to pursue purpose-driven, opportunity-rich futures. We will continue building bridges between classrooms and careers, between industries and ideas. Click here to learn more
