I just want to give you the report on our House and how the Airline Ambassadors have helped us.
Before we knew the Airline Ambassadors, we were very stranded and desperate, as a home of 28 Children who attended School had no proper uniforms, and went to school with no food to carry to School, God sent us the Angels from Above who are the Airline Ambassadors. They always come to our rescue when we are in most need.
When they came with the loving, caring and supportive family that is led by Mrs Cheryl Robbinson, our lives changed, I used to suffer from horrible headaches because I used to stress a lot, asking myself what to feed the kids the next day, or how I’ll get clothes to put on their backs. Then came Cheryl who suggested we share the kids amongst the Sponsors, so now we are able to get clothes and food and then also pay for electricity with a part of the donation because they would block us and we would stay in the dark as we couldn’t pay.
The Airline Ambassadors have been my pillars of strength, if I had to Count I really would lose Count. Sometimes they come twice in a year, and when they come they bring along more friends, which excite the kids always and makes them happy. They bring us all kinds of blessings, goodies, Stationaries, Clothes, Toiletries, Shoes, etc.
The part we love the most about their visits is them painting our house and the Day care, after buying the paint themselves. They always make sure they leave us with money to patch other things and buy us Groceries. As I first mentioned that counting will take me the whole day, words can really not tell how much I appreciate the love, care and support we get from the Airline Ambassadors.
To Nancy I really appreciate your love, care and support, you are one in a million, we love you and your family, I support your Vision 100 percent.
Coming to the new Project of re-building our House, The Airline Ambassadors Started fundraising for our House to be built, after our House was damaged by the Earthquake in May 2023.
Our House had to be Extended as we were getting more Children, we were extanding the House to put extra rooms, but unfortunately it was not very Strong, then the walls got cracked due to the Earthquake. There were big cracks and I was worried that one day the building will Collapse and fall on top of the kids while they are Sleeping.
So After telling Cheryl, the Airline Ambassadors intervened and started fundraising, although the whole quotation to build the House is big, the Airline Ambassadors have started already and I really believe in them that one day we will get all the money that is needed.
Our dream is to get a double Story House that will accommodate everyone in the family. We had 16 Rooms then but it was not properly built then. We also wish to have a bigger Kitchen and Big dining room where we can seat and eat together as a Family. In our old House we used to eat in different rooms which made the children’s rooms untidy since they make a mess when eating, as we did not have enough space in our living room. We are still relying on the Airline Ambassadors to get our House done. We are praying for the Lord to send us more Good Samaritans to come to our rescue.
At the moment we stay in the Tin Container Shacks, life is very difficult for us as Sometimes when it is raining we live in floods as the water is running underneath the floors of the Shacks. And the kids beds are always getting wet. At night we worry when it is raining, like today the kids had to sleep in the class room together with me as everything was wet. I would really like to thank the Airline Ambassadors for the love that they have for us. May God bless each and every hand that has given unto us.
