July 30th was the International Day Against Human Trafficking
AAI is a sponsor of the National Congress in El Salvador, hosted by the Agency for Development of the Nation (ADDN) with 240 officials including Ministers, Mayors, Police, National Defense Forces and the https://congresottip.addn.gob.svlargest international crime fighting organizations.
It was the first time governmehttps://congresottip.addn.gob.snt, law enforcement & civil society came together to both redefine and eradicate this crime! They recgonized that El Salvador was leading the way. It was more than symbolic-it was validation and momentum- history in the making!

awards were given to the organizations supporting us!
And afterwards we participated in a lovely reception at the National Palace and appreciated the art of Miguel Angel Ramirez, our favorite artist!
