On Monday, March 11, 2019, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport marshaled the power of community to address the formidable issue of forced labor in Atlanta. The ATL End Human Trafficking Summit at the Georgia Convention Center mobilized action to bring an end to this blight on society. Airline Ambassadors was highlighted in this Human Trafficking Awareness a day of sessions with experts. Thanks to the efforts of Jan Lennon and the ATL team 600 people left inspired to make a difference for our most vulnerable victims and motivated to put an end to human trafficking for good. Airport General Manager John Selden participated with elected officials, law enforcement, trafficking survivors, and leaders from industries on the front lines of the human trafficking battle.

Special educational performances by The Positive Arts Movement, Inc. The Convention Center Concourse, College Park, GA, the Summit brought together 600 cohorts across the spectrum of stakeholders seeking to draw the line on human trafficking.
The day was hosted by Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and featured sessions with experts from various sectors, including communications, technology, elected officials, hospitality and transportation, corporate, law enforcement, airports and concessions. Panelists participated in brief, but robust conversations about what’s being done in their respective areas to address the problem at this important opportunity to raise awareness.
Three Airline Ambassador survivor trainers were featured as well as AAI colleagues on nearly every panel.
