LEE TIAN – Treasurer

Mr. TIAN Lee currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the New York Institution of Finance (NYIF), he also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Windsor School in New York, and as an independent director of two Hong Kong listed companies: China Industrial Securities Intl’ Financial Group Limited (Hong Kong) and Bank of JiujiangCo. Limited.

•  Mr. Tian has been specializing in investment banking business, particularly in the areas of corporate restructuring and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Before taking the leadership of NYIF, Mr. Tian has served as the Group Executive Director and Head of Financial Institutions for ABN AMRO Group (Hong Kong), theExecutive Director and Head of Financial Institutions for BOC International (Hong Kong), a Senior Manager of Financial Institutions for JPMorgan Chase Bank (New York), and an Independent Director of GW Bank and China Industrial International Trust, among others. Mr. Tian has led and executed dozens of cross-border investment transactions as the founder of a boutique financial advisory firm based in Hong Kong.

•During his investment banking career, Mr. Tian has led and participated in many M&A and IPO projects with a total transaction amount exceeding $20 billion.

•  Mr. Tian receivedan MBA from the Fuqua School of Business of Duke Universityand his MS in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University.

•  Mr.Tian also serves as a member for the Alumni Council of the Fuqua School Business of Duke University; Mr. Tian is aUS Citizen and lives in Scarsdale, NewYork.
