An AAI team of Nancy Rivard, Shamere McKenzie and Andrea Hobart provided our second all day training at the Chicago Dept of Aviation on December 18, 2018. Here are some of the comments from 36 new Airport Security guards:
“The instructors had my attention from start to end.”
“Good handouts, but I was so into this topic that I took 3.5 pages of hand written notes.”
“Great presentation. Full of useful information.”
“Traveling public should be aware of the information.”
“Very informative, very touching testimonies.”
“Shamere kept the training lively and interesting!”
“Thanks to Nancy, Andrea, Marian and Rebecca for their
information, so very informative. Keep up the great work!”
“Shamere was a great speaker, very inspirational.”
“Nancy and all the speakers are subject content experts who were able to explain in detail information that should be taught to every law enforcement academy as well as all airport employees across the country. Very insightful.”
“Very good class, I learned so much.”
“This was not only a training, but a life changing experience. Opened up my eyes!”
“It takes a lot of courage for Shamere to tell her story, hats off to her.”
It was great to have Marian Hatcher from the Cook County Sheriff’s office join the training which was Airline Ambassadors second training with the American Association of Airport Executives.
