On January 14, Director of AAI’a Human Trafficking program Donna Hubbard, accompanied by Nancy Rivard, Torian Weldon, and Kenny Hanmire met with David Rivard, ( Director of the Agency for Development and Design of the Nation) and his team team around the idea of Child ID Packets with the hope that El Salvador would be a leader in the region promoting this important tool for child safety.
Fabiola Bukele agreed to spearhead the effort and take ths idea to the President and First Lady.
After our discussions she also coordinated a tour of the National Palace nd the new Library – BINAES and a beautiful restaurant downtown.
