Aino Jakobsen, our Dominican Republic country coordinator, has traveled a lot in different parts of Latin America and has lived and worked in the Dominican Republic since 2008 as a volunteer in different local projects and orphanages. She counts on an extensive network in the country when it comes to local and international NGOs and people. She has a thorough knowledge of the country’s culture and history, and she speaks Spanish, English, German and Danish and furthermore she knows Haitian Creole.
Martha Orozco, our Bogota representative, has been involved in charitable work long before joining Airline Ambassadors. She is dedicated to helping the poorest and neediest children in her home town. An active supporter of many local charities, she takes particular interest in supporting El Hogar de Luz y Vida, home to many very poor and severely handicapped children without family support.
